We want you to be completely happy with your new Sanuk gear, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn Sanuk items back in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.
Drop It Off
Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
